Fleetwood neighbourhood runs from 9 Ave S to Scenic Dr S, and west of 13 St S. The majority of the houses were built during WWII; however, some houses date back to 1904 and all the way up to 2010. Fleetwood is a neighbourhood in transition, and revitalization is occurring with numerous infill homes. Fleetwood Bawden School is located in this neighbourhood. There are also a number of parks in the surrounding area, including Botterill Bottom Park and Dog Run. Fleetwood borders the river valley and features a number of lots with coulee views to the west.
