Varsity Village is a large neighbourhood stretching from Whoop Drive W southward to McLeod Dr W, and westward from University Drive W to Metis Trail W. Streets in this community are named after renowned universities. Homes were built primarily in the 1970s and 1980s, with the average home built in 1979. Entry-level to high-end homes can be found in Varsity Village, as well as higher-density options such as duplexes, townhomes, condominiums and apartments. Nicholas Sheran Community School and Children of St. Martha School are both located in Varsity Village.
