After completing the authorization form, we can withdraw money directly from your bank account.

*Make sure to include your Property address and Unit number
Fees: No fees unless money isn't available. Then additional NSF fees will be applied.

*Only available for monthly rent (some exceptions apply).
Fees: No fees charged by Hometime if sent by email address on Lease (bank charges may apply, depending on your institution).

IMPORTANT: Funds are to be send using the email address used to apply for the property. Sending funds from any other address may be subject to manual processing fees.

NOTE: Email Addresses may only be used to pay one unit's rent; if a tenant leases two or more units from Hometime then payments either need to come from unique email accounts or a manual processing fee will apply.
Cheque
Mail/In Person

We accept cheques. Give them to your agent, mail them to or office or drop them off in person.

Fees: As of January 1, 2024 Hometime Rental Property Division will begin charging a $6.00 (plus GST) handling fee charged on all cheque transactions. Additional NSF fees will be applied if funds are unavailable.

In Person

We accept cash for all bills. Pay your agent or in person at our office.
