St. Edwards is a large neighbourhood that runs from Stafford Dr N to 13 St N, and from 9 Ave N to Scenic Dr N. It is a diverse neighbourhood, with homes built from 1886 all the way up to the present. The majority of homes were built in the 1970s and 2000s. St. Edwards is home to Bridge Villa Estates Manufactured Home Park, and also many duplexes, fourplexes, and townhomes. Stafford Plaza strip mall and the Italian Canadian Club can be found at the corner of Stafford Dr N and St. Edward Blvd N.
