Statements for your whole portfolio Every month’s statement, the year, and your figures on the T776 lines for your accountant — worked out when you open them, so anything recorded since the monthly copy was filed is in there. Each property’s own statements are on its page.
Occupancy is the share of units with a tenant, and what is coming up for them. Gross potential rent is the market rent of every unit, rented or not — how much of it is being charged, and what makes up the rest: the loss-to-lease (rent below market, the gap a renewal or a new lease can close), empty units, and rent not started yet. Rent collection is this month’s charges collected, what is still owing, and what tenants have paid ahead. Leasing shows when each lease comes due.
