Talk to your agent ASAP. You are responsible for your lease until the end of the term, however we do understand that sometimes situations change. If we can rent your property to someone else we can let you out of your lease with a $200 rerental fee.

In order to get your property rented it is best to work closely with us and make sure the property is clean and tidy for showings, be accommodating with times and days for the showings. Help us by sharing our ads to your social media accounts. Give us as much notice as possible. If we are unable to rent the home your are still responsible for the rental payments until the end of your lease.
