Talk to your agent. Usually we want to renew your lease too, but sometimes there are situations that do not allow for it. If you will be renewing your lease your agent will need to book an interior inspection of the property. They will set up a time with you to come through and check on the property and discuss any changes to the lease.

If a new fixed term lease is not signed and the tenancy roles into a month to month lease without a new agreement there may be a substantial automatic rent increase applied. Check your current lease for details on this.
