If it is an urgent issue you can call our emergency line at 403-329-6111 ext 2. An emergency call would be something that will cause damage if not dealt with immediately (like a water leak) Do not call the emergency line for non urgent repairs. Please do not call or text your agent for repairs, our agents try very hard to get back to everyone as soon as possible but repair requests added to their calls and texts can get missed and is not an effective way to request repairs.
