Your agent and you will book a time to meet and do a move in inspection together. This inspection can take about half an hour so make sure to allow for that before you start moving belongings into the house. If you have friends, family or movers helping you with the move keep the inspection time in mind as they can not start bringing in possessions until the inspection is complete. Its also best if there are not extra people there for the move in inspection as it can be very distracting and it is important that both you and the agent are able to see and document the condition of the property at move in.
